POSITION SUMMARY Perform the installation of desktop applications and computer hardware.  Diagnose and resolve systems problems as they relate to the desktop hardware, operating systems or the application software installed or operated from desktop computers.  Provide technical support for approved applications, including training.  With supervision, perform basic systems administrative functions such as the creation of domain and email accounts, support user file/folder permissions, perform server backups and simple user directory restores, and monitor overall systems performance.  Identify needs for assessing the scope of projects and coordinating the implementation of systems. Purpose of Position:   To provide pharmaceutical services in accordance with federal, state, local standards and the policies and procedures of the Pharmacy department of the Pediatric Center.
