Purpose of Position
Responsible for safeguarding and protecting residents, staff, and visitors, including, maintaining a visible presence at the front lobby, greeting/checking identification of staff and visitors, performing routine rounds throughout facility, completing and filing incident reports as required, monitoring and responding to computer alarm systems and CCTV systems, and enforcing Pediatric Center rules and safety codes. Excellent customer service and communication skills are used in all aspects of this role.

Complete all necessary documentation to (evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries, adaptive equipment justification letters, etc.) attend and report at all care plan meetings.
