POSITION SUMMARY Performs all duties related to sanitation of kitchen, dining and prep and storage areas.  The employee is primarily responsible for the maintenance of sanitary conditions in the general kitchen area including but not limited to walls, floors and work surfaces.  The employee will also assure that all kitchen equipment, tools used for preparation and service are cleaned and sanitized according to policies and procedures and within compliance of regulations set forth by State, Federal and Accrediting Agencies.
