The employee will also assure that all kitchen equipment, tools used for preparation and service are cleaned and sanitized according to policies and procedures and within compliance of regulations set forth by State, Federal and Accrediting Agencies.

Responsible for safeguarding and protecting residents, staff, and visitors, including, maintaining a visible presence at the front lobby, greeting/checking identification of staff and visitors, performing routine rounds throughout facility, completing and filing incident reports as required, monitoring and responding to computer alarm systems and CCTV systems, and enforcing Center rules and safety codes.
