POSITION SUMMARY
To assist the Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist in planning and implementation of recreational activities and programmatic events for the children in the Children’s Center.

- Complete daily session attendance/statistics in the EMR
- Assist in decorating of facility for holidays and events.
- Assist in selection, planning and implementation of special events.
- Maintain supplies in orderly manner. Assist in selection and ordering of supplies.
- Attend all pertinent educational in services and neighborhood team meetings.
- Assist CTRS with implementation of individual and group activities.
- Provide individual activities as assigned by neighborhood CTRS.
- Keep neighborhood CTRS informed on all resident participation and response to individual and group activities.
- Maintain and be able to have a flexible schedule
- Other related duties as may become necessary or as directed by the neighborhood CTRS, Chief Rehabilitation Officer and/or Vice President of Operations.
